Mr. Alan Ming Fai TAM
Executive Director

Aged 42, he was appointed as an Executive Director of the Company since 1 July 2009. He is responsible for the corporate planning, business operation and project planning and development of the Company. Mr. TAM holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from The University of Hong Kong. He first joined Hopewell Holdings Limited ("HHL") in 1995 and was engaged in construction, operation and financing of Guangzhou - Shenzhen Superhighway of HHL. He left HHL in 1999 for about one year and re-joined HHL in 2000. Since then, Mr. TAM has all along been taking care of various highway projects of HHL and responsible for the day-to-day management of toll roads and planning and development of new projects in the PRC. He had actively involved in the floatation of the Company and transferred from HHL to the Company upon its listing in 2003.
