Combined January and February Traffic Year-on-year Comparison

Historically, the daily traffic of GS Superhighway fluctuates on or about the Chinese New Year holidays, which could be in either January or February.  This leads to distortion in the year-on-year comparison made for either month.  Therefore, it is reasonable to analyze the trends of traffic and toll revenue by combining the figures for both January and February.
